Bargaining Unit employees are covered by the Negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Compensation Unit 1 and 2 Compensation Agreement.  However, bargaining unit employees are not entitled to Union Benefits offered by the American Federation of Government Employees, (AFGE).  We encourage all bargaining unit employees to sign up and receive all the great benefits that are available for you and your family.
